Damaged products can be returned within 7 days of purchase. To initiate return, send product images and description along with order invoice to hello@jutethings.com.au.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact, follow prompts that you receive on email to initial return.
Returns outside the timeframe are at the discretion of Jute Things.
Your refund will be credited to the original mode of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, we can replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
